John Nesheim is a professional coach and consultant who loves to help leaders grow and succeed. Over his 30 years of HR experience at 3M Company, he led strategic HR operations for multi-billion dollar businesses across numerous markets and geographies. He also led numerous large-scale organization transformations, coached C-suite executives, and cultivated high potential leader pipelines that still contribute to the ongoing success of 3M at the highest levels. Retired now from 3M, he splits his time between coaching leaders in career transition and volunteering in his local community. Most recently he has added workplace wellness to his services portfolio as another way to help his clients flourish.
John’s credentials include a Master’s in Education from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s in English from St Olaf College. He is a certified coach from Coach Training Alliance, a certified practitioner from the National Wellness Institute, and a certified facilitator for the Korn Ferry 360 Profilor and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, He holds a number of other higher education certifications, including two from Harvard University.
